TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service in its entirety

✶ When commissioning me please fill out the form below:
♡ORDERING PROCESS
1. Fill out the form above
2. I will respond to your email & send an invoice to the payment type you provided
3. Once paid, I will start your commission
4. I’ll send a sketch before continuing onto the lineart and coloring process to make sure everything is correct. I will make small corrections if needed, but nothing big (like redrawing the entire thing)
5. Once I’ve gotten confirmation to continue, I will complete your commission and email it to you
♡ADDITIONAL INFO
✶ By commissioning me you are ordering a digital art piece, nothing physical
✶ I have the right to refuse service
✶ All payment is in USD via PayPal or Venmo
✶ Full payment must be sent before I start work on your commission
✶ Refunds are only available BEFORE I start the commission. Once started, the piece is non-refundable.
✶ Turnaround time is 1 day to 1 month, though I usually get pieces done fairly quickly (note that animation commissions may take about 1-3 months. I will always keep you updated on where I'm at!)
✶ I only make SFW art. If you request NSFW art from me you will be denied
✶ By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work which include, but are not limited to, the right to reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion
✶ You may use the commission for any personal use that you please, including—but not limited to—icons, wallpapers, and personal site display
✶ Characters with complex designs may cost more than the prices listed. Animated Icon commissions have a variety in price. I will let you know the price of what you request when responding to your application form
